New Delhi, the 22nd September, 2016
S.O. 3105(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Indian Medicine
Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Indian
Medicine, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely:-
In the Second Schedule to the said Act, in PART - I relating to “Ayurveda and Siddha”, for the heading
“Uttaranchal”, the heading “Uttarakhand” shall be substituted and under the heading “Uttarakhand” as so substituted,
after serial number 98D and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted,
namely:-
