NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th November, 2016
S.O. 3554(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Indian Medicine
Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Indian
Medicine, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely:-
In the Second Schedule to the said Act, in Part II relating to “Unani”, under the heading “Madhya Pradesh”,
against serial number 9G, in column (4), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, and shall be deemed to
have been substituted, namely :-

subject to permission granted to Hakim Abdul Hameed Unani Medical College and Hospital,
Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, for admission by Central Council of Indian Medicine.
From 2013 onwards,
subject to permission granted to Hakim Abdul Hameed Unani Medical College and Hospital,
Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, for admission by Central Government.”.
