NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th October, 2019
S.O. 3905(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Indian
Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970), the Central Government, after consulting the Central
Council of Indian Medicine, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Second Schedule to the
said Act, namely:—
In the second Schedule of the said Act,—
(a) in Part - 1 relating to Ayurveda and Siddha, under the heading Madhya Pradesh, against serial
number 54D, for the entry, in column 1, the entry “Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal”
shall be substituted; and
(b) in Part - II relating to Unani, under the heading Madhya Pradesh, against serial number 9F, for
the entry, in column 1, the entry “Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal” shall be substituted.
