S.O. 2561 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Indian Medicine
Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Indian Medicine,
hereby makes the following further amendment in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely:-
In the said Second Schedule, in Part-I relating to “Ayurveda and Siddha”, under the heading “Tamil Nadu”, against
serial number 98B, for the entries “Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai (Tamil Nadu)” in Column 1, the following
entries shall be substituted, namely:-
“The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai”.
