S.O. 3306(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Indian Medicine
Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970), the Central Government after consulting the Central Council of Indian
Medicine, hereby makes the following further amendments in the second schedule to the said Act, namely:-
In Second Schedule to the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970, in Part I relating to “Ayurveda and
Siddha”, under the heading “Maharashtra”, against serial number 55,-
(i) in respect of Agadtantra Vyavhar Ayurved Nishnat, for the entry in column 4, the following entry in
column 5 shall be substituted, namely:-
