Giridharan, Chartered Accountant, 136/1, Ist Floor, Nadi Gruha, 5th Main, Chamarajpet, Bangalore – 560 018 (M.No. 024011) be removed from the Register of Members for a period of one month for having been found guilty of professional misconduct falling within the meaning of Clauses (5), (6), (7), (8) and (9) of Part I of the Second Schedule read with Sections 21 and 22 of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949. Accordingly, it is hereby informed that the name of the said Shri S. Giridharan shall stand removed from the Register of Members for a period of one month w.e.f. 01.04.2016.
