No. 075287) be removed from the Register of Members for a period of five years for having been found guilty of Professional Misconduct falling within the meaning of Clauses (6), (7) and (8) of Part I of the Second Schedule read with Sections 21 and 22 of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949. Accordingly, it is hereby informed that the name of the said Shri Kailash Chander Agarwal shall stand removed from the Register of Members for a period of five years w.e.f. 01.06.2017.
