the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 (66 of 1957), the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi
hereby appoints Ms. Poonam Chaudhary, an officer of the Delhi Higher Judicial Services, on deputation basis for a
period of one year with effect from the date of Notification, as Presiding Officer of Appellate Tribunal, constituted by
the Government under sub-section (1) of section 347 A of the said Act.
