the Factories Act, 1948 (Act 63 of 1948), read with Government of India, Ministry of Labour and Employment,
Notification No. S.O. 108 dated the 14th February, 1958 and Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No. S.O. 2709,
dated the 7th September, 1966, in supersession of this Government’s Notification No. F. 27(40)/CIF/2001 /Lab./868
dated the 18th July, 2017, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the
Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint Sh. S. Pandia Rajan as the Chief Inspector
