New Delhi, the 25th May, 2016
S.O. 1895(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Homoeopathy Central
Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government hereby appoints the 25th May, 2016 as the date on which the
provisions of all Chapters of the said Act shall come into force in the States of Manipur, Mizoram, Sikkim, Puducherry
and the Union Territories of Daman and Diu, Andaman and Nicobar, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Lakshadweep.
