S.O. 3869(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 and sub-section (2) of
section 5 of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 (24 of 1997), the Central Government hereby
appoints Shri H. Pradeep Rao, as a whole-time member of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, with a
consolidated pay package of Rs. 4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh only) per month for a term of three years from the date
on which he enters upon his office or until he attains the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier.
