S.O. 1774(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Micro, Small and
Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006), read with rule 3 of the National Board for Micro, Small and
Medium Enterprises Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Pradeep Tamta, Member of Parliament,
Council of States as member of the National Board for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, and for that purpose, makes
the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium
Enterprises number S.O. 226 (E), dated the 23rd January, 2015 namely:-
In the said notification, for serial number 12 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted,
namely:-
"12. Shri Pradeep Tamta, Member of Parliament (Council of States) – Member;”
