In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section 3 of Section 4 of the Coir Industry Act 1953 45 of 1953 read with rules 4 and 5 of the Coir Industry Rules
This notification, S.O. 3284(E), issued by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises on October 24, 2016, appoints Dr. Vinay P. Sahasrabuddhe, Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha, as a Member of the Coir Board. This appointment is made under the authority of subsection 3 of Section 4 of the Coir Industry Act, 1953, read with rules 4 and 5 of the Coir Industry Rules, 1954. Dr. Sahasrabuddhe's term extends until September 29, 2018, and is effective from the date of publication in the official gazette. New Delhi, the 24th October, 2016
S.O. 3284(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Coir Industry Act,
1953 (45 of 1953), read with rules 4 and 5 of the Coir Industry Rules, 1954, the Central Government hereby appoints
Dr. Vinay P. Sahasrabuddhe, Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha to be a Member of the Coir Board for a period upto
29th September,2018, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette and for the said
purpose, makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Micro, Small
and Medium Enterprise, number S.O. 2677(E) dated the 30th September, 2015, namely:—
2. In the said notification, under the heading “Category-(e)”, after serial number 2 and the entry relating thereto, the
following serial number and entry shall be inserted, namely:—
