S.O. 2218(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Khadi and
Village Industries Commission Act, 1956 (61 of 1956), and in supersession of the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises number S.O. 3324(E) dated the
9th December, 2015, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the

Central Government hereby nominates the Economic Advisor of Integrated Finance Wing and Deputy

relating to Khadi and Village Industries Commission in the Ministry, to attend the meeting of the Commission
and to take part in the discussions thereof:
Provided that nominated officers shall not have the right to vote.
