NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 19th May, 2015
F. No. 20/4/2003/FIP-II/3845.—Whereas, plying of vehicular traffic in both directions on Circular Road
(Firth), Najafgarh is creating problem of traffic congestion and inconvenience to road users in the area.
And whereas, in view of the problem of traffic congestion and inconvenience to road users, it is necessary to
regulate the movement of vehicular traffic on Circular Road, Najafgarh to ensure safe and smooth flow of traffic in the
area.
Now, therefore, I, R.K. Jha, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Headquarters, Delhi in exercise of the
powers, conferred upon me under Regulation 21 of the Delhi Control of Vehicular and Other Traffic on Roads and
Street Regulations, 1980 do hereby declare one way traffic movement in clock-wise direction for all types of vehicles
on Circular Road, Najafgarh (Delhi Gate 'T' crossing - Chhawla 'T' crossing - Dhansa 'T' crossing- Bahadurgarh
Crossing – 'T' Point near Don Bosco Vocational Training Institute – Shri Krishna Mandir - Primary Health
Centre– Delhi Gate 'T' crossing) and from 'T'- Point near Don Bosco Vocational Training Institute to Shri Krishna
Mandir via Nangloi Crossing - Furniture Market till further orders. This prohibitory order shall apply throughout the
day i.e. 24 hours, everyday.
This Notification supersedes the earlier Notification issued in this respect vide No. 8250-450111P-III(W-4)

This Notification shall be published for information of general public in the official gazette and by affixing a
copy on the notice boards of the offices of all District Deputy Commissioner of Police and all Police Stations in
Delhi/New Delhi.
The concerned civic road agencies maintaining the roads/areas shall erect the corresponding informatory
signboards indicating the restrictions in the area for the guidance and convenience of all concerned.
This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
