F. No. 8/66/2019/HP- II/ 1687-96. —In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section
24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home
Affairs Notification No. 11011/2/74-UTL (i) dated the 20th March, 1974, the Competent Authority (Hon’ble
Minister Home), is pleased to appoint Shri Rajender Singh Cheema and Ms. Taranum Cheema as Special
Pubic Prosecutor to represent the State in Hon’ble High Court of Delhi for conducting appeals/matters arising
out of the Case FIR No. 141/923 PS: Vasant Kunj, in the High Court of Delhi. The following fee shall be
