No. F.3 (14)/Fin (Rev-I)/2020-21/DS-IV/22.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (ii) of
section 1 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 (Delhi Act 06 of 2019), the Lt. Governor of
National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2020, as the date on which the provisions
of sections 2 to 21, except section 2, section 7, section 10 and sections 13 to 20 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax
(Amendment) Act, 2019 (Delhi Act 06 of 2019) shall come into force.
