ORDER
New Delhi, the 24th January, 2020
S.O. 345(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 16 read with
sub-section (3) of Section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government
hereby makes the following amendment in the Methanol (Quality Control) Order, 2019 published by the
Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, namely:-
In the said order, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be
substituted namely:-
“(2) This order shall come into force on the 3rd August, 2020.”
