No. F. 1(468)/99/GA/Estt./DC/Pt.file/720, dated 15th March, 2017, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of
Delhi is pleased to appoint Sh. Faizi O Hashmi in place of Dr. Zafarul Islam Khan as Member of the Delhi Waqf
Tribunal for the National Capital Territory of Delhi for the determination of any dispute, question or other matter relating
to a Waqf or Waqf property, eviction of a tenant or determination or rights and obligations of the lessor and the lesses of
such property under the said Act with effect from the date of Notification.
