2. भारतीय तार माग(cid:6981) के अिधकार िनयम, 2016 के िववाद समाधान से संबंिधत अ(cid:7007) याय V के िनयम 14,
उपिनयम (2) म(cid:7286) "इन िनयम(cid:7298) के (cid:7079)वृत होने क(cid:7409) ितिथ से साठ (cid:7408)दन(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) अविध के भीतर" श(cid:7011) द हटा (cid:7408)दए
जाएगं े।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st April, 2017
G.S.R. 407(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and clause (e) of sub-section (2) of
section 7 read with sections 10, 12 and 15 of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885(13 of 1885), the Central Government
hereby makes the following rules to amend the Indian Telegraph Right of Way Rules, 2016, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Indian Telegraph Right of Way (Amendment)
Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Indian Telegraph Right of Way Rules, 2016, in chapter V relating to Dispute resolution, in rule 14, in sub-
rule (2), the words “within a period of sixty days from the date of coming into force of these rules” shall be omitted.
