section 14 of the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 (1 of 2010) and read with section 2(q) of the said Act, the Lt. Governor of
the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints Mr. Mahesh Kumar Negi (Gr.-I) as Legal Metrology Officer for
the purpose of the said Act, for the National Capital Territory of Delhi, so long as he hold the post of Inspector/Sub
Inspector/Legal Metrology Officer in the Weights and Measures Department or till further order, whichever is earlier.
