New Delhi, the 10th November, 2020
S.O. 4038(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of the
Architects Act, 1972 (20 of 1972), the Central Government, after consultation with the Council, hereby
makes the following amendments further to amend the notification of the Government of India in the
erstwhile Ministry of Education and Social Welfare, number G.S.R. 68(E), dated the 21st February, 1973
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), dated the 21st February,
1973, namely:—
(1) In the said notification, under the heading “U.S.A.”, in serial number 8(a), after entry number 67, the
following entries shall be inserted, namely:—
“68. B.A.(Hons) degree in Architecture awarded by Yale University, USA combined together with
Master of Architecture(M.Arch.) degree awarded by Columbia University, USA.
69. Bachelor of Architecture Degree awarded by University of Texas at Austin, School of
Architecture, USA.

(2) In the said notification, after serial number 12 and the entry relating thereto the following headings,

NIGERIA
