1. इन जिजनयमों को पेंिन जनजध जिजनयामक और जिकास प्राजधकरण (राष्ट्रीय पिें न प्रणाली के अंतगतग जनकास और प्रत् याहरण) (संिोधन) जिजनयम, 2026 कहा िायेगा।
2. ये रािपत्र म ेंउनके प्रकािन की जतजथ स ेप्रिृत् त होंगे।
3. पेंिन जनजध जिजनयामक और जिकास प्राजधकरण (राष्ट्रीय पिें न प्रणाली के अंतगगत जनकास और प्रत् याहरण) जिजनयम, 2015 म:ें क. जिजनयम 4 क में :
5381 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] i. मौिूिा जिजनयम को उप-जिजनयम (1) के रूप में क्रमांदकत दकया िाएगा। ii. जिजनयम 4 के उप-जिजनयम (1) के पश् चात, जनम्नजलजखत को अतं :स्ट्थ ाजपत दकया िाएगा :
“(2) पेंिन जनजध द्वारा उपलब् ध कराय ेिान ेिाली दकसी जिजिष्टट उद्देश्य योिना हतेु, िह प्राजधकरण द्वारा िारी दििा-जनिेिों के अनुसरण में, ऐसी योिना के पठरचालन हतेु ऐसे कायों को जनष्टप ादित करने में समथग दकसी अन् य संस्ट् था को संलज न कर सकती ह।ै हालााँदक, पेंिन जनजध ऐसी योिना के अंतगगत दकसी भी सेिा का लाभ प्राप् त करन े िाले अजभिाता के प्रजत उत्तरिायी और उसके द्वारा संलजन की गई दकसी संस्ट् था, िैसा दक ऊपर जिजनर्िगष्ट ट है, द्वारा दकसी भी प्रकार की चूक अथिा लोप संबंधी कृताकृत् य के जलए ििाबिेह होगी।
(3) ऐसी दकसी अन् य सस्ट्ं था के पास अजभिाता को अथिा उसकी ओर से लाभ के भगुतान या अन् य सेिाओं की सुजिधा अथिा सूचना के एकत्रीकरण के प्रयोिन के जलए केन्र ीय अजभलेखपाल अजभकरण सजहत प्राजधकरण के साथ पंिीकृत पिें न जनजध अथिा दकसी अन् य मध् यिती के साथ एकीकरण हते ुतकनीकी क्षमता होनी आिश् यक ह।ै
(4) पेंिन जनजध और इस प्रािधान के अंतगगत पठरकजल्पत सेिाओं की व् यिस्ट् था के प्रयोिनाथग संलज न की गई संस्ट्थ ा का पयगिेक्षण, लाग ूसभी अन् य कानूनों के अनुपालन के अलािा प्राजधकरण द्वारा िारी दििा-जनिेिों और अनुिेिों के अंतगगत दकया िाएगा।” श्री जििसुब्रमाजणयन रमण, अध्यक्ष [जिज्ञापन-III/4/असा./219/2026-27] ठटप् पणी : पिें न जनजध जिजनयामक और जिकास प्राजधकरण (राष्ट्रीय पेंिन प्रणाली के अतं गगत जनकास और प्रत् याहरण) जिजनयम, 2015 को अजधसूचना संख्या पीएफआरडीए/12/आरिीएल/139/8 के माध्यम से दिनांक 11 मई, 2015 को भारत के रािपत्र में प्रकाजित दकया गया था और इसे दिनांक 16 दिसंबर 2025 को अजधसूचना संख्या पीएफआरडीए/16/14/06/0009/2018-आरईिी-एजजिट के माध् यम से भारत के रािपत्र में प्रकाजित पेंिन जनजध जिजनयामक और जिकास प्राजधकरण (राष्ट्रीय पेंिन प्रणाली के अंतगतग जनकास और प्रत् याहरण) (संिोधन) जिजनयम, 2025 के द्वारा अंजतम बार संिोजधत दकया गया था। PENSION FUND REGULATORY AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
NOTIFICATION NEW DELHI, the 13th July, 2026 PENSION FUND REGULATORY AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (EXITS AND WITHDRAWALS UNDER THE NATIONAL PENSION SYSTEM) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2026 F. No. PFRDA/16/14/06/0009/2018-REG-EXIT.—In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of section 52 of the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 2013 (23 of
2013) read with clauses (g), (h), and (i) of sub-section (2) thereof, the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Exits and Withdrawals under the National Pension System) Regulations, 2015, namely: -
1. These regulations may be called the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Exits and Withdrawals under the National Pension System) (Amendment) Regulations, 2026.
2. These shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
3. In the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Exits and Withdrawals under the National Pension System) Regulations, 2015: a. In Regulation 4A: i. Existing regulation shall be numbered as sub-regulation (1).[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 ii. After sub-regulation (1) of regulation 4A, following shall be inserted:
“(2) For any specific purpose scheme to be provided by the Pension Fund, it may engage any other entity capable of performing such functions to operationalize such scheme, in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Authority. However, the Pension Fund shall be responsible to the subscriber, who has availed any service under such scheme and be liable for any act of omission or commission of any entity engaged by it, as specified above.
(3) Such other entity shall have the technological capacity to integrate with Pension Fund or any other intermediary, registered with the Authority, including the Central Recordkeeping Agency, for the purpose of collection of information or facilitation of payment of benefits or any other services, to or on behalf of the subscriber.
(4) The Pension Fund and the entity engaged by it for the purpose of provision of services envisaged under this provision shall be supervised under the guidelines and instructions issued by the Authority besides compliance with all other laws as are applicable.” Shri SIVASUBRAMANIAN RAMANN, Chairperson [ADVT.-III/4/Exty./219/2026-27]

notification No. PFRDA/16/14/06/0009/2018-REG-EXIT.
