New Delhi, the 13th November, 2020.
S.O. 4124(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the Section 6 of
the Chemical Weapons Convention Act, 2000 (34 of 2000), the Central Government hereby makes
the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of
Chemicals and Fertilizers number S.O. 1490(E), dated the 13th September, 2006, published in the
Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:-
In the said notification, for serial number 5 and the entry relating thereto, the following
serial numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
“5. Ms. Punya Salila Srivastava - Director (Joint Secretary, Women Safety and
Internal Security-I, Ministry of Home Affairs)”.
