S.O. 365(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the section 7 of the Coal Bearing
Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 ( 20 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following
amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Coal, number S.O. 2340(E), dated the
24th August, 2015 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the
25th August, 2015 namely:-
In the Schedule to the notification, in the entry “Intention of plots numbers to be acquired in village ‘Dari’,
before plot number ‘816’, plot number ‘815’ shall be inserted”.
