S.O. 2551(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Homoeopathy
Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of
Homoeopathy, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely : -
In the said Second Schedule, against serial number 34, in column 4, against the words and figures, “From
July, 2010 to December, 2013”, the words and figures, “From July, 2010 to 7th July, 2015” shall be substituted.
