New Delhi, the 25th September, 2017
S.O. 3134(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 13 of the
Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government, after consulting the Central
Council of Homoeopathy, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said
Act, namely:—
In the Second Schedule, under the heading “JHARKHAND”, against serial number 36 relating to
Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribag under column 4, in item (i), for the word and figures “December 2015”,
the word and figures “September 2016” shall be substituted.
