S.O. 1692(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Homoeopathy
Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Homoeopathy,
hereby makes the following further amendment in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely : -
In the said Second Schedule, under the heading “DELHI” against serial number 5(a) relating to Delhi
University, in column 2, for the items (b) and (c) and the entries relating thereto in column 3 and 4, the following shall be
