New Delhi, the 25th September, 2017
S.O. 3135(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the
Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government, after consulting the Central
Council of Homoeopathy, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Third Schedule to the said
Act, namely :—
In the said Third Schedule, after serial number 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be
inserted, namely:—
