New Delhi, the 15th November, 2016
S.O. 3551(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Indian Medicine
Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Indian
Medicine, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely:-
In the Second Schedule to the said Act, in Part I relating to “Ayurveda and Siddha”, under the heading
“Maharashtra”, against serial number 63K, in column (4), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, and
shall be deemed to have been substituted, namely :-

subject to permission granted to Mahatma Gandhi Ayurved College, Hospital and Research
Centre, Salod (Hirapur), Wardha, Maharashtra for admission by Central Government.”.
