New Delhi, the 18th September, 2020
S.O. 3307(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Indian
Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970), the Central Government, after consulting the Central
Council of Indian Medicine, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the
said Act, namely:-
In the Second Schedule, in Part-I relating to “Ayurveda and Siddha”, under the heading
“West Bengal”, against serial numbers 117 and 117A, in column 2, for the words “West Bengal” the words
“The West Bengal” shall be substituted.
