[ि" (क) िजसने ऐसे [ि" से िजसका पित या िजसकG प\ी जीिवत हK, से िववाह (cid:1)कया हK, या िववाह कG संिवदा कG ह;ै या (ख) िजसने अपने पित या अपनी प\ी के जीिवत रहते &ए (cid:1)कसी [ि" से िववाह (cid:1)कया ह,ै या िववाह कG संिवदा कG ह;ै उ" पद पर िनयुि" का पा1 नह] होगा : 4858 GI/2018 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] पर(cid:29)तु य(cid:1)द के(cid:29)^ीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता ह कारण ह ैउ(cid:29)ह B लखे बH करके, तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामश+ करके, इन िनयम$ के (cid:1)कसी उपबंध को (cid:1)कसी वग+ या (cid:31)वग + के [ि"य$ कG बाबत, आदशे (cid:30)ारा िशिथल कर सकेगी। 6. – सद(cid:28)य *सं(cid:28) करण; 3. भारत सरकार के अ(cid:22) य िवभाग से (ii) िविनमा(cid:5)ण *(cid:19)Jया का ओवरLय ू और पटसन से बने तकनीक& अवर सिचव क& ’ेणी का व(cid:28)(cid:26) का उपयोग और उसका सि9म’ण करना; अिधकारी – सद(cid:28)य (iii) पटसन उMप ाद3 या बैग3 का भौितक परीAण और िविनदशP न; और (iv) जूट िमल म0 सांिQयक&य .व ािलटी िनयं(cid:26)ण और . वािलटी *बंध। (cid:16)ट?पण: जहां ऐसे किनS कम हो, से कम न हो और उ(cid:22)ह 3ने अपने ऐसे किनV ठ कम(cid:5)चा(cid:16)रय3 सिहत, िज(cid:22)ह 3ने ऐसी अहक(cid:5) या पा(cid:26)ता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर ली ह,ै अगली उX चतर ’ेणी म0 *ो(cid:22)न ित के िलए supersession of the Jute Commissioner (Class I and Class II Gazetted posts) Recruitment Rules, 1963, in so far as they relate to the posts of Assistant Director (Jute Manufacture) and Assistant Director (Jute) (Grade II), and the Jute Commissioner, Class III and Class IV (Non-gazetted) Posts recruitment Rules, 1966, in so far as they relate to the post of Inspector (Gr.I) , except as respect to things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to Group ‘A’ and ‘B’ (Gazetted) posts in the Office of the Jute Commissioner, Kolkata, Ministry of Textiles, namely :— 1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Office of the Jute Commissioner, Ministry of Textiles, Group ‘A’ and ‘B’ ( Gazetted) Posts Recruitment Rules, 2018. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette. 2. Number of posts, classification, and level in the pay matrix. – The number of said posts, their classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment age limits, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the above Schedule. 4. Disqualifications. – No person, - (a) Who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; (b) or who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personnel law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect of any class or category of persons. 6. Saving.—Nothing in those rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-servicemen, other backward classes and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
