धा(cid:13)रत करने क4 भारत सरकार समय-समय पर शत(cid:10) से छूट दी जा जारी (cid:17)दशा िनदNश, के अनुसार सकती ह।ै ह ै (अनुसूिचत जाित या अनुसूिचत जनजाित से संबO उB मीदवार, के िलए पांच वष(cid:10) तक क4 छूट ह ै और अ(cid:20) य िपछड़ा वग(cid:10) के उB मीदवार, को तीन वष(cid:10) तक क4 छूट 5ा6 त ह)ै। *Lामीण डाक सेवक िसिवल पद धारक ह F पर(cid:20) त ु वे िनयिमत िसिवल सेवा से बाहर ह Fिजसके कारण उनक4 िनयुिM सीधी से सीिमत पहली जनवरी को वेतन िवभागीय 5ितयोिगता परी;ा के आधार मे(cid:13)(cid:27)(cid:28) स के (cid:3) तर-1 म(cid:30) पर 5ो(cid:20)न ित &ारा, िजसके न हो सकने पर;- बZकाय(cid:10) कम(cid:10)चा(cid:13)रवृंद के (ग) सक(cid:10)ल के रेल मेल सेवा 5भाग, के (cid:31)प म(cid:30) तीन वष(cid:10) क4 बZकाय(cid:10) कम(cid:10)चा(cid:13)रवृ(cid:20)द म(cid:30) से सीिमत िनयिमत सेवा के साथ िवभागीय 5ितयोिगता परी;ा के आधार अथवा भारत सरकार पर 5ो(cid:20)न ित &ारा, िजसके न हो सकने पर &ारा समय-समय पर जारी (cid:17)दशािनदशN , के िबना भरी गई (cid:13)रिMय, को नीचे (iii) पर अनुसार सीिमत दशा(cid:10)ई गई (cid:13)रिMय, क4 सं‘य ा Lामीण डाक सेवक,* के िलए सीिमत X यिMय, के संबंध म(cid:30), 5ितयोिगता परी;ा के आधार पर सीधी िज(cid:20) ह,ने अपनी अहक(cid:10) या भतQ &ारा, िज(cid:20)ह ,ने (cid:13)रिM वाले वष(cid:10) क4 पा(cid:25)ता सेवा पूरी कर ली पहली जनवरी को इस ;मता के साथ कम ह,ै 5ो(cid:20) नित के िलए से कम पांच वष(cid:10) तक अथवा भारत सरकार िवचार (cid:17)कया जा रहा हो &ारा समय-समय पर जारी (cid:17)दशािनदNश, के वहां उनसे < यषे ् ठ अनुसार काय(cid:10) (cid:17)कया हो, िजसके न हो सकने X यिMय, के संबंध म(cid:30) भी पर; िवचार (cid:17)कया जाएगा (ख) सक(cid:10)ल के अ(cid:20)य सभी डाक 5भाग, के पर(cid:20) तु यह तब जब (cid:17)क उनके &ारा क4 गई ऐसी ऐसे Lामीण डाक सेवक,* के िलए सीिमत अहक(cid:10) या पा(cid:25)ता सेवा, 5ितयोिगता परी;ा के आधार पर सीधी अपेि;त अह(cid:10)क या पा(cid:25)ता भतQ &ारा, िज(cid:20)ह ,ने (cid:13)रिM वाले वष(cid:10) क4 सेवा के आधे से अिधक या पहली जनवरी को इस ;मता के साथ कम दो वष(cid:10) से, इनम(cid:30) से जो भी से कम पांच वष(cid:10) तक िनयिमत सेवा क4 हो कम हो, कम न हो और अथवा भारत सरकार &ारा समय-समय पर उ(cid:20) ह,ने अपने से ऐसे जारी (cid:17)दशा िनदNश, के अनुसार काय(cid:10) (cid:17)कया किन\ ठ X यिMय, सिहत, हो, िजसके न हो सकने पर; िज(cid:20) ह,ने ऐसी अहक(cid:10) या (ग) सक(cid:10)ल के सभी रेल मेल सेवा 5भाग, के पा(cid:25)ता सेवा पहले ही ऐसे Lामीण डाक सेवक,* के िलए सीिमत पूरी कर ली है, अगली 5ितयोिगता परी;ा के आधार पर सीधी उb चतर cेणी म(cid:30) 5ो(cid:20) नित भतQ &ारा, िज(cid:20)ह ,ने (cid:13)रिM वाले वष(cid:10) क4 के िलए अपनी प(cid:13)रवी;ा पहली जनवरी को इस ;मता के साथ कम क4 अविध सफलतापूव(cid:10)क से कम पांच वष(cid:10) तक िनयिमत सेवा क4 हो पूरी कर ली हो। अथवा भारत सरकार &ारा समय-समय पर जारी Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of posts, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said posts, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification.— No person,— (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and there are other ground for doing so, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5.
