टंकक जिन्होंि े आठ वष व की 2. संयुि जिदेिक उप जिदेिक या /समतुल्य , एसटीक्ट्यूसी जियजमत सेवा की हो । जिदेिालय, इलेक्ट्रॉजिकी और सूचिा प्रौद्योजगकी ट्रटप्पण: िहााँ ऐसे कजिष्ठ व्यजियों के स्बंध म,ें जिन्होंिे मंत्रालय -सदस्ट्य; अपिी अहकव या पात्रता सेवा 3. एसटीक्ट्यूसी जिदेिालय, इलेक्ट्रॉजिकी और सूचिा पूरी कर ली ह,ै प्रोन्नजत के जलये प्रौद्योजगकी मंत्रालय से जभन्न दकसी मंत्रालय या जवभाग से जवचार दकया िा रहा हो, वहााँ अवर सजचव उप जिदेिक / -सदस्ट्य। उिके ज्येष्ठ व्यजियों कई स्बधं समूह ग ’जवभागीय पुजष्ट सजमजत पुजष्ट पर जवचार करि े के म ें भी जवचार दकया िाएगा जलये जिम्नजलजखत सज्मजलत ह ै : परंत ु यह तब िब दक उसके 1. वैज्ञाजिक ई ’, एसटीक्ट्यूसी जिदेिालय, इलेक्ट्रॉजिक्ट्स द्वारा की गई ऐसी अपेजक्षत और सूचिा प्रौद्योजगकी मंत्रालय - अध्यक्ष; और उन्होंिे अपिे ऐसे कजिष्ठ व्यजियों सजहत, जिन्होंिे ऐसी 3. एसटीक्ट्यूसी जिदेिालय, इलेक्ट्रॉजिकी और सूचिा अहकव या पात्रता सेवा पहल े ही प्रौद्योजगकी मंत्रालय स े जभन्न दकसी मंत्रालय या जवभाग से अवर सजचव / उप जिदेिक -सदस्ट्य। पूरी कर ली ह,ै अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी म ें प्रोन्नजत के जलए अपिी पट्ररवीक्षा की अवजध6 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] सफलतापूववक पूरी कर ली हो प्रजतजियजु ि/ या आमले ि : (i) भारत सरकार या स्ट्विाजसत जिकायों या पजब्लक सेक्ट्टर/उपक्म के अन्य मंत्रालयों या जवभागों म ें जियजमत आधार पर(पद धारण करिे) स े सदिृ पदों को रखिे वालों म ें स;े या (ii) वेति मैट्ररक्ट्स के स्ट्तर 2 (19,900-63,200 /-रु.)म ें ऐसे कजिष्ठ सजचवालय सहायक जिन्होंिे कार्मवक या स्ट्थापि या लेखा मामलो के क्षत्रे म ें आठ वषव जियजमत सेवा की हो । सिस्त्र बल कार्मकव के जलय े प्रजतजियजु ि या पर्ुं ियव ोिि : सिस्त्र बल के ऐस े कार्मवको के स्बंध म ें जवचार दकया िाएगा, िो एक वषव की अवजध के भीतर सेवाजिवृत होिे वाल ेह ैं या ट्ररिवव म ें स्ट्थािांतट्ररत दकये िािे वाल े ह ैं और जििके पास अपेजक्षत अिुभव और जिजहत अहतव ायें ह ैं । ऐसे व्यजियों को उस तारीख तक प्रजतजियुजि के जिवंधिों पर रखा िाएगा जिस तारीख स े उन्ह ें सिस्त्र बल से जिमुवि दकया िािा ह,ै तत्पश्चात उन्ह े पुिर्िवयोिि पर बि े रहिे ददया िा सकता ह ै। ट्रटप्पण 1: पोषक प्रवग व के ऐसे जवभागीय अजधकारी, िो प्रोन्नजत की सीधी पाँजि म ें ह ैं प्रजतजियुजि पर जियुजि के जलये जवचार दकय े िािे के पात्र िहीं होंगे । इसी प्रकार प्रजतजियिु व्यजि प्रोन्नजत द्वारा जियुजि के जलय े जवचार दकय े िाि े के पात्र िहीं होंगे । ट्रटप्पण 2 : प्रजतजियुजि की अवजध जिसके अंतगवत केंद्रीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य संगठि या जवभाग म ें इस जियुजि स े ठीक पहल े धाट्ररत दकसी अन्य काडर बाह्य पद पर प्रजतजियुजि की अवजध ह ै[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 7 साधारणतया 3 वषव स े अजधक िहीं होगी ट्रटप्पण 3 : प्रजतजियुजि द्वारा जियुजि के जलय े अजधकतम आयु सीमा आवेदि प्राप्त करिे की अंजतम तारीख को 56 वषव से अजधक िहीं होगी । (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) 3. आिुजलजपक 05 (2020) साधारण वेति मैट्ररक्ट्स म ेंस्ट्तर -4 लाग ूिहीं 18 स े 27 वषव की आय ु के कायवभार के केंद्रीय सवे ा, (25,500 -81100/-रु.) होता बीच (केंद्र सरकार द्वारा आधार पर समूह 'ग' समय-समय पर िारी पट्ररवतवि दकए गए जिदेिों या अिुसजचवीय दकया िा आदेिों के अिुसार सकता ह ै सरकारी कमवचाट्ररयों के जलए चालीस वषव की आय ु तक के जलए छूट ट्रटप्पण 1:- आय-ु सीमा अवधाट्ररत करि े के जलय े जिणावयक तारीख भारत म ें अभ्यर्थवयों स े आवेदि प्राप्त करिे के जलय े जियत की गई अंजतम तारीख होगी । (ि दक वह अंजतम तारीख िो असम(, मेलालय, अरुणाचल प्रदेि, जमिोरम, मजणपुर, िागालडैं , जत्रपुरा, जसदिम, ि्मू का‍मीर राज्य के लद्दाख खडं , जहमाचल के लाहौल और स्ट्पीजत जिला तथा च्बा जिले के पांगी उपखंड अंडमाि और जिकोबार द्वीप समूह या लक्षद्वीप के अभ्यर्थवयों काई जलय े जवजहत की गई ह ैाँ। ट्रटप्पण 2: आय ु सीमा अवधाट्ररत करि े के जलय े जिणावयक तारीख व होगी िो कमवचारी चयि आयोग द्वारा जवज्ञाजपत की िाय े ।.8 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (7) (8) (9) (10) i) दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त बोडव या लाग ूिहीं होता सीधी भती के संबंध में कमवचारी चयि आयोग के माध्यम दो वषव से सीधी भती जवश्वजवद्यालय से 12 वीं कक्षा म ें ट्रटप्पण : पदधारी के प्रजतजियजु ि उत्तीणव;
