या जििाह की संजिदा की ह ैऄथिा (ख) जजसने ऄपने पजत ऄथिा ऄपनी पत्नी के जीजित रहते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जििाह दकया है, जििाह की संजिदा की ह ै ईि पद पर जनयुजि का पात्र नहीं होगाः परन्तु यदद केंरीय सरकार का समाधान हो जाता ह ै दक ऐसा जििाह ईस व्यजि और जििाह के ऄन्य पक्षकार के लागू स्ट्िीय जिजध के ऄधीन ऄनज्ञु ेय ह ै और ऐसा करने के जलए ऄन्य अधार ह ैं तो िह दकसी व्यजि को आस जनयम के प्रितयन से छूट द े सकेगी। 5. जिजथल करन े की िजि– जहां केंरीय सरकार की यह राय ह ै दक ऐसा करना अिश्यक ऄथिा समीचीन ह,ै िहां िह ईसके जलए जो कारण हैं, ईन्ह ें लेखबद्ध करके, आन जनयमों के दकसी ईपबंध को दकसी िगय ऄथिा प्रिगय के व्यजियों की बाबत, अदेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी। 6. व्यािजृ त्त– आन जनयमों की कोइ बात, ऐसे अरक्षण, अय-ु सीमा में छूट और ऄन्य ट्ररयायतों पर प्रभाि नहीं डालगे ी, जजनका केंरीय सरकार द्वारा आस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी दकए गए अदेिों के ऄनुसार ऄनुसूजचत जाजतयों, ऄनुसूजचत जनजाजतयों, ऄन्य जपछडे िगों, अर्थथक दजृ ि से कमजोर िगय, भूतपूिय सैजनकों और ऄन्य जििेष िगय के व्यजियों के जलए ईपबंध करना ऄपेजक्षत ह।ै सारणी पद का नाम पदों की सख्ं या िगीकरण िते नमान चयन पद ऄथिा सीधी भती के जलए जान ेिाल े ऄचयन व्यजियों के जलए अय-ु सीमा (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) अंकडा प्रजिजि 7*(2020) साधारण केन्रीय स्ट्तर -4 लागू नहीं 18 से 27 िषय के बीच की अयु प्रचालक सेिा समूह ‘ग’ तक जिजथल की जा सकती है *काययभार के (भारत सरकार द्वारा) ऄराजपजत्रत अधार पर ऄनुसजचिीय पट्ररितयन दकया ह ै सीधी भती के जलए ऄपजे क्षत क्या सीधी भती के जलए पट्ररिीक्षा सीधी भती की पद्धजतः भती सीध े िक्षै जणक तथा ऄन्य ऄहतय ाएं जनधाट्रय रत अय ुतथा ऄिजध यदद होगी या प्रोन्नजत द्वारा या िक्षै जणक ऄहतय ाएं प्रोन्नजत कोइ ह ै प्रजतजनयजु ि अमले न द्वारा जिजभन्न िालों के मामल े पद्धजतयों द्वारा भरी जान ेिाली म ेंलाग ूहोगी ट्ररजियों की प्रजतितता। (7) (8) (9) (10) ऄजनिाय यऄहतय ाएं: अयुः नहीं दो िषय पदोन्नजत द्वारा, ऐसा न हो जाने पर ऄहतय ाः हां 1. दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त बोडय से 12िीं कक्षा ईत्तीणय कमयचारी चयन अयोग के माध्यम से सीधी भती। ऄथिा समतुल्य। 2. अंकडा प्रजिजि कायय के जलए प्रजत घंटा 8000 कुंजी-दबाि की न्यूनतम गजत होनी चाजहए।[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्र : ऄसाधारण 3 िाछं नीयः 3. हहदी और ऄंग्रेजी दोनों में कम््यूटर की बोडय के संचालन की जानकारी रखने िाले ऄभ्यर्थथयों को िरीयता दी जाएगी ट्रट्पण 1. ऄहतय ाएं ऄन्यथा सुऄर्थहत ऄभ्यर्थथयों की दिा में ईन कारणों के जलए लेखबद्ध दकए जाएं कमयचारी चयन अयोग के जििेकानुसार जिजथल की जा सकती ह।ै प्रोन्नजत/प्रजतजनयजुि/अमले न द्वारा भती यदद जिभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत ह ैतो ईसकी संरचना भती करन ेम ेंदकन की दिा म ेंश्रजे णया ंजजनस े पट्ररजस्ट्थजतयों म ेंसघं प्रोन्नजत/प्रजतजनयजुि/ लोक सिे ा अयोग से अमले न दकया जाना हो परामि यदकया जाएगा (11) (12) (13) समहू ‘ग’ जिभागीय पदोन्नजत सजमजत जजसम ें जनम्नजलजखत लागू नहीं प्रोन्नजत (एकक अधार पर): िाजमल हों: ऐसा जनम्न श्रेणी जलजपक जजसने ग्रेड में 5 1. संयुि जनदिे क, प्रजिक्षण ऄथिा संबंजधत एकक सजचिालय िषय की जनयजमत सेिा की हो और स्ट्तंभ 7 जिभागाध्यक्ष, संबंजधत एकक सजचिालय, प्रजिक्षण में सीधी भती के जलए जिजहत ऄहयताएं महाजनदिे ालय, कौिल जिकास एिं ईद्यमिीलता मंत्रालय – रखता हो। ऄध्यक्ष; Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Directorate General of Training (Women Training), Data Entry Operator, Group ‘C’ post, Recruitment Rules, 2019. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.- The number of post, its classification and the level in pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit and other qualification etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification.- No person - (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any other person, shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this Rule. 5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, economically weaker section, ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time.
