उ(cid:29)ह @लेखबE करके, इन िनयम$ के (cid:4)कसी उपबंध को (cid:4)कसी वग* या (cid:31)वग* के \ि"य$ कD बाबत, आदशे (cid:30)ारा िशिथल कर सकेगी। 7. ....ााााववववििृृििृृ 0000- इन िनयम$ कD कोई बात, ऐसे आरLण, म@ भी िवचार (cid:4)कया जाएगा परंतु यह तब जब (cid:4)क उसके (cid:30)ारा कD गई ऐसी अहक* या पाQता सेवा, अपेिLत अहक* या पाQता सेवा के आध े से अिधक स े या दो वष* से, इनम@ स े जो भी कम हो, कम न हो और वेतन आयोग कD िसफाcरश$ पर आधाcरत पुनरीिLत वते न संरचना (cid:31)दान कD गई ह ै िनयिमत आधार पर कD गई सेवा को, िसवाय उस दशा के, जहां एक से अिधक पूव-* पुनरीिLत वेतनमान सिहत एक <ेणी म @ िवलय हो गया ह ै और ििििललललतततत सेवा कD हो और सरकार (cid:30)ारा िविनTदU ट q यवसाियक परीLा उS तीण* कD हो । 9999टटटटBBBBपपपपणणणण 1111: पोषक (cid:31)वग * के ऐसे िवभागीय अिधकारी, जो (cid:31)ोhित कD सीधी पंि" म @ ह,ै (cid:31)ितिनयुि" पर िनयुि" के िलए िवचार (cid:4)कए जाने के पाQ नह^ ह$ग े और इसी (cid:31)कार, (cid:31)ितिनयु" \ि" पर (cid:31)ोhित (cid:30)ारा िनयुि" के िलए िवचार (cid:4)कए जाने के पाQ नह^ ह$ग े। िजससे छठे के(cid:29)‘ीय वेतन आयोग कD िसफाcरश$ पर आधाcरत पुनरीिLत वेतन संरचना का िव7तार (cid:4)कया गया ह,ै िनयिमत आधार पर कD गई सेवा को, िसवाय उस दशा के, जहां एक से अिधक पूव * पुनरीिLत वेतनमान का
