Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Delhi Higher Judicial Service (Amendment) Rules, 2019. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette. 2. Amendment of rule 9 (3). - In the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules 1970, for sub- rule (3) of rule 9, the following shall be substituted, namely: - “(3) must have not attained the age of 45 years on the 1st day of January of the year in which the applications for appointment are invited.” By Order and in the Name of the Lt.
