िनयम, 2017 है ।
(2) ये राजप(cid:7074) म(cid:7286) (cid:7079)काशन क(cid:7409) तारीख को (cid:7079)वृ(cid:7275) ह(cid:7298)गे।
2. रसायन और उव(cid:6981)रक मं(cid:7074)ालय (उव(cid:6981)रक िवभाग) सहायक िनदशे क (जहाजरानी) भत(cid:7278) (संशोधन) िनयम, 2015 (िजसे इसम(cid:7286) इसके
प(cid:7019) चात् उ(cid:6989) त िनयम कहा गया ह)ै म(cid:7286) िनयम 2 के (cid:7021) थान पर िन(cid:7013) निलिखत िनयम रखा जाएगा अथा(cid:6981)त् :
“2. पद(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) सं(cid:6990)या, वग(cid:7278)करण और वेतन मै(cid:7407)(cid:7069)(cid:6989)स म(cid:7286) (cid:7021)तर- पद क(cid:7409) सं(cid:6990)या, उसका वग(cid:7278)करण और उसका वेतन मै(cid:7407)(cid:7069)(cid:6989)स म(cid:7286) (cid:7021)तर वह
होगा जो इन िनयम(cid:7298) से उपाब(cid:7373) अनुसूची के (cid:7021)तंभ (2) से (cid:7021)तंभ (4) म(cid:7286) िविन(cid:7416)द(cid:7397) ह।ै”

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st April, 2017
G.S.R.405(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the
President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (Department of
Fertilizers) Assistant Director (Shipping) Recruitment Rules, 2015, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (Department of Fertilizers) Assistant
Director (Shipping) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ministry of Chemical and Fertilizers (Department of Fertilizers) Assistant Director (Shipping)
Recruitment (Amendment ) Rules, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for rule 2, the following rule
shall be substituted, namely:-
“2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.- The number of post, its classification and
the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in column (2) to (4) of the schedule annexed to
these rules.”.
3. In the said rules, in the Schedule, in column (4),-
(a) for the heading, the following heading shall be substituted, namely:-
“Level in the pay matrix”
(b) for the existing entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
“Level-10 (Rs.56100-177500/-)”.
