New Delhi, the 13th November, 2019
G.S.R. 865(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution , the
President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Textiles, Office of the Jute Commissioner Upper
Division Clerk and Multi-Tasking Staff, Group ‘C’ Posts Recruitment Rules, 2017, namely :-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Textiles, Office of the Jute Commissioner Upper Division Clerk and
Multi-Tasking Staff, Group ‘C’ Posts Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2019.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ministry of Textiles, Office of the Jute Commissioner Upper Division Clerk and Multi-Tasking Staff,
Group ‘C’ Posts Recruitment Rules, 2017,-
(A) in the Schedule,
(i) against serial number 1 relating to the post of Upper Division Clerk,- in column (2), for the words and
brackets “35* (2017)” the words and brackets “39* (2019)” shall be substituted;
(B) in the Schedule,
(i) against serial number 2 relating to the post of Multi-Tasking Staff,- in column (2), for the words and
brackets “17* (2017)” the words and brackets “19* (2019)” shall be substituted.
