NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th December, 2017
S.O. 3846(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 16(1) of the Petroleum Rules, 2002, the Central
Government, in consideration of the necessity to import petroleum in public interest, hereby notifies Mundra Port in
Gujarat for importing petroleum into India by Sea for a period of 07 years from 01-01-2018 to 31-12-2024.
