S.O. 569(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 16(1) of the Petroleum Rules, 2002, and
in continuation of the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Shipping No. S.O. 2347(E) dated
26th August, 2015, the Central Government, in consideration of the necessity to import petroleum in public
interest, hereby notifies M/s Adani Hazira Port Pvt. Ltd. in Gujarat for importing petroleum into India by Sea
for a period of two years from 01.01.2019 to 31.12.2020.
