New Delhi, the 17th February, 2020
S.O. 744(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 16(1) of the Petroleum
Rules, 2002, and in continuation of the notification of Government of India, Ministry of
Shipping No. S.O. 1932(E) dated 14th June, 2017, the Central Government, in consideration
of the necessity to import petroleum in public interest, hereby notifies Dighi Port Ltd. in
Mumbai for importing petroleum into India by Sea for a period of seven years
from 16.06.2020 to 15.06.2027.
