New Delhi, the 17th July, 2018
S.O. 3484(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 16(1) of the Petroleum Rules, 2002, and in
continuation of the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Shipping No. S.O. 2348(E) dated 21st August, 2015,
the Central Government, in consideration of the necessity to import petroleum in public interest, hereby notifies
Sikka Port in Gujarat for importing petroleum into India by Sea for a period of three years from 31.8.2018.
