U-12012/57/2022-NE-part (3) दिनांक 06-10-2023, से प्राप्त अनुमोिन के अनुसार क्षेत्रीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्ट्थान, इंफाल सोसाइटी की कायि पररषि के अध्यक्ष एतिद्वारा क्षेत्रीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्ट्थान, इंफाल के जनजमत, सीएसएसडी सिायक ग्रेड -II की जनयुजि संबंजधत अधोजलजखत जनयमों-प्रजवजधयों को जनर्मित करते ि।ैं 1. सजं क्षप्त िीषकि और आरंभ – (i) इन जनयमों को सीएसएसडी सिायक ग्रेड -II (समूि ‘सी’ पि) क्षेत्रीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्ट्थान, इंफाल जनयुजि जनयम 2023 किा िाएगा। (ii) ये जनयम आजधकाररक गिट में प्रकािन के उपरांत लागू माने िाएंगे। 2. पिों की संख्या, वगीकरण, पे मरै रक्स में वेतन स्ट्तर प्रजवजध अथवा जनयुजि इत्यादि - उपयुिि पिों के संिभि में वगीकरण, पे- मैररक्स में वेतन स्ट्तर, जनयुजि की प्रजवजध तथा इससे संबंजधत अन्य संलग्न अनुसूजचत (2) से (4) कॉलम में वर्णित के अनुसार िोंगे। 3. जनयुजि प्रजवजध, आयु सीमा, योग्यता आदि- उपयिुि पि से सबं ंजधत जनयुजि प्रजवजध, आयु सीमा, योग्यता तथा अन्य मामले कॉलम (5) से (13) में जनर्ििष्ट के अनुसार िोंगे। 8223 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] 4. अनिति ा : कोई भी व्यजि – (क) जिसने एक िीजवत पजत/ पत्नी के रित ेहुए भी िसू रा जववाि दकया िो अथवा (ख) जिसने एक िीजवत पजत/पत्नी के रित े हुए भी िसू रा जववाि दकया िो, वि उपयिुि पि पर जनयुजि के जलए योग्य िोगा। बिते की केंद्रीय सरकार, इस बात से आश्वस्ट्त िो दक उपयिुि जववाि उस व्यजि तथा िसू री पाटी पर लागू िोन े वाले वैयजिक जनयम के अनुसार अनुमन्य िो तथा ऐसा करन े के पीछे अन्य िसू रे भी आधार िो जिसके आधार पर उस व्यजि को उपयुिि जनयम से मिु दकया िा सके। 5. छूट की िजि : ििााँ केंद्रीय सरकार, इस राय म ें िो दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक अथवा त्वररत ि ैवे जलजखत रूप में कारणों को ििि करते हुए उपयुिि जनयम में जनजित दकन्िीं प्राजवधानों को दकसी वगि अथवा कोरट या पि के संिभि में जिजथल कर सकते ि।ैं 6. सरं क्षात्मक उपबधं : इन जनयमों के अंतगति ऐसा कुछ भी निी िोगा जिससे अनुसूजचत िाजत, अनुसूजचत िनिाजत तथा भूतपूवि सेवारत तथा जवजिष्ट कोरट के व्यजियों को केंद्र सरकार द्वारा समय समय पर िारी दकए गए आििे ों के अनुसार आरक्षण, आयुसीमा म ेंछूट तथा अन्य छूट प्रिान दकए गए िोंगे। अनसु चू ी 1 पि का नाम सीएसएसडी सिायक ग्रेड -II 2 पिों की संख्या 02* (2023) * कायिभार के आधार पर पररवतिन दकया िा सकता ि।ै 3 वगीकरण समूि 'सी’ 4 वेतनमान पे-मैररक्स स्ट्तर- 02 5 चयन पि अथवा गरै चयन पि प्रोन्नजत के मामले म ेंचयन सीधी जनयुजि के मामल े में लागू निीं 6 सीधी भती के जलए आय ुसीमा 18 से 27 वष ि के बीच (केंद्र सरकार से प्राप्त जनिेिों अथवा आिेिों के अनुसार सरकारी सेवकों के जलए 5 वषि के जलए जिजथलनीय) 7 सीधी जनयुजि के जलए आवश्यक िैजक्षक योग्यता तथा अजनवायि : अन्य योग्यताए ं जथयेटर सिायक पाठ्यक्रम / सीएसएसडी जडप्लोमा पाठ्यक्रम के साथ सीएसएसडी / जचदकत्सालय में िल्य जचदकत्सा कक्ष में एक वषि के कायि करन ेका अनुभव। अथवा मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय / बोडि से जवज्ञान में 12वीं उत्तीणि के साथ दकसी भी जचदकत्सालय में सीएसएसडी िल्य जचदकत्सा कक्ष और रि भंडार में एक वषि के कायि करने का अनुभव 8 क्या सीधी भती के जलए जनधािररत आय ु और िैजक्षक निीं योग्यता प्रोन्नजत के मामल े में लागू िोगी 9 पररवीक्षा की अवजध, यदि कोई िो सीधी जनयुजि के जलए िो वष ि[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 10 जनयुजि की जवजध, सीधी भती द्वारा या प्रोन्नजत/ सीधी जनयुजि द्वारा प्रजतजनयुजि में स्ट्थानांतरण द्वारा तथा जवजभन्न प्रजवजधयों द्वारा भरी िान े वाली ररजियों की प्रजतितता। 11 प्रोन्नजत/ स्ट्थानांतरण/ प्रजतजनयुजि ग्रडे के मामल े म ें लाग ूनिीं दकससे प्रोन्नजत स्ट्थानांतरण माना िाए 12 यदि जवभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत/ चयन सजमजत गरित ि ै सीधी जनयजु ि : तो उसका संगिन | 1. जनिेिक, ररम्स, इंफाल- अध्यक्ष (जचदकत्सालय के कमिचारी को छोड़कर) 2. जचदकत्सा अधीक्षक, ररम्स जचदकत्सालय, इंफाल - अध्यक्ष (जचदकत्सालय कमिचारी के जलए) 3. कायि पररषि के एक सिस्ट्य, ररम्स सोसाइटी, इंफाल अथवा लाभाथी राज्य का एक नाजमती िोदक उप सजचव / संयुि जनिेिक (चक्रानुक्रम से) स्ट्तर से नीचे न िों - सिस्ट्य 4. जचदकत्सा अधीक्षक, ररम्स जचदकत्सालय, इंफाल (जचदकत्सालय कमिचारी को छोड़कर) - सिस्ट्य 5. उप जनिेिक (प्रिासन), ररम्स, इंफाल - सिस्ट्य सजचव 13 जनयुजि जनर्मित में दकन पररजस्ट्थजतयों पर संघ लोक लाग ूनिीं सेवा आयोग स ेपरामिि। अध्यक्ष के आिेि तथा उनके नाम पर, प्रो. गुरुअररबम सुनील कुमार िमाि, जनिेिक [जवज्ञापन-III/4/असा./780/2024-25] REGIONAL INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, IMPHAL NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 21st November, 2024 F.No. B/RR/2024-RIMS(2).—In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 3(ii) of the Bye-Laws of the Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal, Manipur and in pursuance of the approval of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare conveyed vide letter No. U-12015/57/2022-NE-Part (3) dated 06-10-2023, the Chairman, Executive Council, Society of Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of CSSD Assistant Grade – II in Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal. 1. Short title and commencement.- (i) These rules may be called the Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal, CSSD Assistant Grade - II (Group 'C' post) Recruitment Rules, 2023. (ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification, level in pay matrix- The number of the said post, its classification and level in pay matrix, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age Limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] 4. Disqualification.- No Person,- (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person; shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax. - where the central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen or any other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
