L.-33004/99 xxxGIDHxxx सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-27112024-258948 xxxGIDExxx CG-DL-E-27112024-258948 असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग III—खण् ड 4 PART III—Section 4 प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 940] नई दिल्ली, बुधवार, नवम्ब र 27, 2024/अग्रिायण 6, 1946 No. 940] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 27, 2024/AGRAHAYANA 6, 1946 क्षत्रे ीय आयर्ु वज्ञि ान सस्ट्ं थान, इंफाल अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 11 नवम् बर, 2024 स.ं बी/आरआर/2024-ररम्स(िैव).—क्षेत्रीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्ट्थान, इंफाल, मजणपुर की जवजधसंजिता के जनयम 3(ii) के अंतगित जनजित िजियों के अनुपालन में तथा 19 िुलाई, 2024 को आयोजित ररम्स, इंफाल की कायिकारी सजमजत की 52वीं बैठक में स्ट्वास्ट््य और पररवार कल्याण मंत्रालय द्वारा अनुमोिन के अनुपालन में, क्षेत्रीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्ट्थान, इंफाल सोसाइटी की कायि पररषि के अध्यक्ष एतिद्वारा क्षेत्रीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्ट्थान, इंफाल के जनजमत, िैव रसायनज्ञ की जनयुजि संबंजधत अधोजलजखत जनयमों-प्रजवजधयों को जनर्मति करते ि।ैं 1. सजं क्षप्त िीषिक और आरंभ – (i) इन जनयमों को िैव रसायनज्ञ (समूि ‘बी’ पि) क्षेत्रीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्ट्थान, इंफाल जनयुजि जनयम 2024 किा िाएगा। (ii) ये जनयम आजधकाररक रािपत्र में प्रकािन के उपरांत लागू माने िाएंगे। 2. पिों की सख्ं या, वगीकरण, प ेमरै रक्स म ेंवते न स्ट्तर प्रजवजध अथवा जनयजु ि इत्यादि -उपयुिि पिों के संिभि में वगीकरण, पे- मैररक्स में वेतन स्ट्तर, जनयुजि की प्रजवजध तथा इससे संबंजधत अन्य संलग्न अनुसूजचत (2) से (4) कॉलम में वर्णित के अनुसार िोंगे। 3. जनयजु ि प्रजवजध, आयु सीमा, योग्यता आदि- उपयुिि पि से संबंजधत जनयुजि प्रजवजध, आयु सीमा, योग्यता तथा अन्य मामले कॉलम (5) से (13) में जनर्िष्टि के अनुसार िोंगे। 4. अनिति ा: कोई भी व्यजि – 7636 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] (क) जिसने एक िीजवत पजत/ पत्नी के रिते हुए भी िसू रा जववाि दकया िो अथवा (ख) जिसने एक िीजवत पजत/पत्नी के रिते हुए भी िसू रा जववाि दकया िो वि उपयुिि पि पर जनयुजि के जलए योग्य िोगा। बिते की केंद्रीय सरकार, इस बात से आश्वस्ट्त िो दक उपयुिि जववाि उस व्यजि तथा िसू री पाटी पर लागू िोने वाले वैयजिक जनयम के अनुसार अनुमन्य िो तथा ऐसा करने के पीछे अन्य िसू रे भी आधार िो जिसके आधार पर उस व्यजि को उपयुिि जनयम से मुि दकया िा सके। 5. छूट की िजि : ििााँ केंद्रीय सरकार, इस राय में िो दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक अथवा त्वररत ि ै वे जलजखत रूप में कारणों को ििि करते हुए उपयुिि जनयम में जनजित दकन्िीं प्राजवधानों को दकसी वगि अथवा कोरट या पि के संिभि में जिजथल कर सकते िैं। 6. सरं क्षात्मक उपबधं :इन जनयमों के अंतगित ऐसा कुछ भी निी िोगा जिससे अनुसूजचत िाजत, अनसु ूजचत िनिाजत तथा भूतपूव ि सेवारत तथा जवजिष्ट कोरट के व्यजियों को केंद्र सरकार द्वारा समय समय पर िारी दकए गए आििे ों के अनुसार आरक्षण, आयुसीमा में छूट तथा अन्य छूट प्रिान दकए गए िोंगे। अनसु चू ी 1 पि का नाम िैव रसायनज्ञ 2 पिों की संख्या 03*(2024) *कायिभार के आधार पर पररवतिन दकया िा सकता ि।ै 3 वगीकरण समूि 'बी’ 4 वेतनमान पे-मैररक्स स्ट्तर -6 5 चयन पि अथवा गैर चयन पि लागू निीं 6 सीधी भती के जलए आयु सीमा 30 वषि से अजधक निीं (सरकारी सेवकों के जलए केंद्र सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर िारी जनिेिों/ आििे ों के अनुसार 5 वषि के जलए जिजथलनीय) 7 सीधी जनयुजि के जलए आवश्यक िैजक्षक योग्यता तथा अन्य मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय से िैव रसायन/ जचदकत्सा िैव योग्यताएं रसायन/ िैव प्रोद्योजगकी में स्नातकोत्तर। 8 क्या सीधी भती के जलए जनधािररत आयु और िैजक्षक योग्यता निीं। प्रोन्नजत के मामले में लागू िोगी 9 पररवीक्षा की अवजध, यदि कोई िो िो वषि 10 जनयुजि की जवजध, सीधी भती द्वारा या प्रोन् नजत/प्रजतजनयुजि सीधी जनयुजि द्वारा में स्ट्थानांतरण द्वारा तथा जवजभन्न प्रजवजधयों द्वारा भरी िाने वाली ररजियों की प्रजतितता। 11 प्रोन् नजत/स्ट्थानांतरण/ प्रजतजनयुजि ग्रेड के मामले में दकससे लागू निीं प्रोन् नजत स्ट्थानांतरण माना िाए 12 यदि जवभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत/ चयन सजमजत गरठत ि ैतो 1. जनििे क, ररम्स, इंफाल- अध्यक्ष उसका संगठन | 2. स्ट्वास्ट््य और पररवार कल्याण मत्रं ालय, भारत सरकार में ररम्स, इंफाल संबंधी मामलों की िखे भाल करने वाले जनििे क/ उप सजचव - सिस्ट्य 3. कायि पररषि का एक सिस्ट्य, ररम्स सोसाइटी, इंफाल अथवा लाभाथी राज्य का एक नाजमजत िो उप सजचव/ संयुि जनििे क के पि से नीचे न िो। (चक्रानुक्रम से) - सिस्ट्य 4. जचदकत्सा अधीक्षक, ररम्स जचदकत्सालय, इंफाल - सिस्ट्य[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 5. उप जनििे क (प्रिासन), ररम्स, इंफाल - सिस्ट्य सजचव 13 जनयुजि जनर्मित में दकन पररजस्ट्थजतयों पर संघ लोक सेवा लागू निीं आयोग से परामिि। अध्यक्ष के आििे तथा उनके नाम पर प्रो. गुरुअररबम सुनील कुमार िमाि, जनििे क [जवज्ञापन-III/4/असा./710/2024-25] REGIONAL INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, IMPHAL NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 11th November, 2024 No. B/RR/2024-RIMS(Bio).—In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 3(ii) of the Bye-Laws of the Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal, Manipur and in pursuance of the approval of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare conveyed in the 52nd meeting of the Executive Society of RIMS, Imphal, the Chairman, Executive Council, Society of Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal held on 19th July, 2024, hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Biochemist in Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal. 1. Short title and commencement.- (i) These rules may be called the Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal, Biochemist (Group 'B' post) Recruitment Rules, 2024. (ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification, level in pay matrix- The number of the said post, its classification and level in pay matrix, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age Limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification.- No Person,- (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax. - where the central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen or any other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
