U-12015/57/2022-NE-part (10) दिनांक 07-08-2023, से प्राप्त अनुमोिन के अनुसार क्षेत्रीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्ट्थान, इंफाल सोसाइटी की कायि पररषि के अध्यक्ष एतिद्वारा क्षेत्रीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्ट्थान, इंफाल के जनजमत, आिार जविेषज्ञ की जनयुजि संबंजधत अधोजलजखत जनयमों-प्रजवजधयों को जनर्मित करते ि।ैं 1. संजक्षप्त िीषिक और आरंभ – (i) इन जनयमों को आिार जविषे ज्ञ (समूि ‘बी’ पि)क्षेत्रीय आयर्ु विज्ञान संस्ट्थान, इंफाल जनयुजि जनयम 2023 किा िाएगा। (ii) ये जनयम आजधकाररक गिट में प्रकािन के उपरांत लागू माने िाएंगे। 2. पिों की संख्या, वगीकरण, पे मरै रक्स में वेतन स्ट्तर प्रजवजध अथवा जनयुजि इत्यादि - उपयुिि पिों के संिभि में वगीकरण, पे- मैररक्स में वेतन स्ट्तर, जनयुजि की प्रजवजध तथा इससे संबंजधत अन्य संलग्न अनुसूजचत (2) से (4) कॉलम में वर्णित के अनुसार िोंगे। 3. जनयुजि प्रजवजध, आयु सीमा, योग्यता आदि- उपयिुि पि से संबंजधत जनयुजि प्रजवजध, आयु सीमा, योग्यता तथा अन्य मामले कॉलम (5) से (13) में जनर्ििष्ट के अनुसार िोंगे। 6521 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] 4. अनिति ा :कोई भी व्यजि – (क) जिसने एक िीजवत पजत/ पत्नी के रित ेहुए भी िसू रा जववाि दकया िो अथवा (ख) जिसने एक िीजवत पजत/पत्नी के रिते हुए भी िसू रा जववाि दकया िो विउपयुिि पि पर जनयुजि के जलए योग्य िोगा। बिते की केंद्रीय सरकार, इस बात से आश्वस्ट्त िो दक उपयिुि जववाि उस व्यजि तथा िसू री पाटी पर लागू िोन े वाले वैयजिक जनयम के अनुसार अनुमन्य िो तथा ऐसा करन े के पीछे अन्य िसू रे भी आधार िो जिसके आधार पर उस व्यजि को उपयुिि जनयम से मिु दकया िा सके। 5. छूट की िजि : ििााँ केंद्रीय सरकार, इस राय म ें िो दक ऐसा करना आव‍यक अथवा त्वररत ि ैवे जलजखत रूप में कारणों को ििि करते हुए उपयुिि जनयम में जनजित दकन्िीं प्राजवधानों को दकसी वगि अथवा कोरट या पि के संिभि में जिजथल कर सकते ि।ैं 6. संरक्षात्मक उपबंध :इन जनयमों के अंतगित ऐसा कुछ भी निी िोगा जिससे अनुसूजचत िाजत, अनुसूजचत िनिाजत तथा भूतपूवि सेवारत तथा जवजिष्ट कोरट के व्यजियों को केंद्र सरकार द्वारा समय समय पर िारी दकए गए आििे ों के अनुसार आरक्षण, आयुसीमा म ेंछूट तथा अन्य छूट प्रिान दकए गए िोंगे। अनसु चू ी 1 पि का नाम आिार जविषे ज्ञ 2 पिों की संख्या 1*(2023) * कायिभार के आधार पर पररवतिन दकया िा सकता ि।ै 3 वगीकरण समूि 'बी’ 4 वेतनमान पे-मैररक्स स्ट्तर-7 5 चयन पि अथवा गरै चयन पि प्रोन्नजत के मामले म ेंचयन 6 सीधी भती के जलए आय ुसीमा लाग ूनिीं 7 सीधी जनयुजि के जलए आव‍यक िैजक्षक योग्यता तथा लाग ूनिीं अन्य योग्यताए ं 8 क्या सीधी भती के जलए जनधािररत आय ु और िैजक्षक लाग ूनिीं योग्यता प्रोन्नजत के मामल े में लागू िोगी 9 पररवीक्षा की अवजध, यदि कोई िो लाग ूनिीं 10 जनयुजि की जवजध, सीधी भती द्वारा या प्रोन्नजत/ समग्र जवजध द्वारा : प्रजतजनयुजि में स्ट्थानांतरण द्वारा तथा जवजभन्न प्रजतजनयुजि (अल्पावजध संजविासजित) प्रोन्नजत प्रजवजधयों द्वारा भरी िान े वाली ररजियों की प्रजतितता। 11 प्रोन्नजत/ स्ट्थानांतरण/ प्रजतजनयुजि ग्रडे के मामल े म ें प्रजतजनयुजि (अल्पावजध संजविा आईएसटीसी)/ दकससे प्रोन्नजत स्ट्थानांतरण माना िाए प्रोन्नजत: केंद्र सरकार के अजधकाररयों/ राज्य सरकार/ संघ िाजसत क्षेत्र/ स्ट्वायत संगठन/ सांजवजधक जनकाय/ सावििजनक क्षेत्र के उद्यम। क. 1. जनजमत रूप से मात ृ केडर/ जवभाग में समतल्ु य पि धाररत करने वाल ेया 2. मातृ केडर जवभाग म ें पााँच वषों की पे-मैररक्स स्ट्तर 06 म ेंजनजमत सेवा और[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 ख. जनम्नजलजखत िैक्षजणक योग्यता और अनुभव अर्िित की िों। अजनवायि : 1. मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय से खाद्य एवं पोषण म ें जवज्ञान जनष्णात/ गृि जवज्ञान/ नैिाजनक पोषण और आिाररकी जवज्ञान जनष्णात/ खाद्य सेवा प्रबंधन और आिाररकी जवज्ञान जनष्णात 2. न्यूनतम 300 जबस्ट्तरों वाल े जचदकत्सालय में आिार जविेषज्ञ के रूप म ें3 वष िका व्याविाररक अनुभव। नोट : केंद्र सरकार के समान या दकसी अन्य संगठन/ जवभाग में इस जनयुजि से ठीक पिल े धाररत दकसी अन्य पूवि-कैडर पि पर प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजध सजित प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजध सामान्य तौर पर पााँच वषि से अजधक निीं िोगी। आवेधन पत्र प्राप्त िोने की अंजतम जतजथ तक प्रजतजनयुजि पर जनयुि (आईएसटीसी) की आयु छप्पन वषि िोगी। यदि पि पर जनयुजि के जलए 05 वषि की जनयजमत सेवा के साथ प-े मैररक्स के स्ट्तर-6 म ें जवभागीय उम्मीिवार (सिायक आिार जविेषज्ञ) का चयन दकया िाता ि,ै इसे प्रोन्नजत द्वारा िायर दकया गया माना िाएगा। 12 यदि जवभागीयप्रोन्नजत सजमजत/ चयन सजमजत गरठत ि ै प्रजतजनयुजि (अल्पावजध संजविा तो उसका संगठन | सजित (आईएसटीसी)) / प्रोन्नजत: 1. जनिेिक, ररम्स, इंफाल - अध्यक्ष 2. स्ट्वास्ट््य और पररवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार में ररम्स, संबंधी मामलों की िेखभाल करने वाले जनिेिक/ उप सजचव - सिस्ट्य 3. कायि पररषि, ररम्स सोसाइटी का एक सिस्ट्य अथवा लाभाथी राज्य का एक नाजमजत िो उप सजचव/ संयुि जनिेिक (चक्रानक्रु म से) - सिस्ट्य 4. जचदकत्सा अधीक्षक, ररम्स जचदकत्सालय, इंफाल - सिस्ट्य 5. जवषय से संबंजधत कोई एक जविेषज्ञ - सिस्ट्य 6. उप जनिेिक (प्रिासन), ररम्स, इंफाल - सिस्ट्य सजचव 13 जनयुजि जनर्मित में दकन पररजस्ट्थजतयों पर संघ लोक लाग ूनिीं सेवा आयोग स ेपरामिि। अध्यक्ष के आिेि तथा उनके नाम पर, प्रो. गुरुअररबम सुनील कुमार िमाि, जनिेिक [जवज्ञापन-III/4/असा./556/2024-25]4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] REGIONAL INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, IMPHAL NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th April, 2024 F. No. B/RR/2023-RIMS:(2).—In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 3(ii) of the Bye-Laws of the Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal, Manipur and in pursuance of the approval of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare conveyed vide letter No. U-12015/57/2022-NE-Part (10) dated 07-08-2023, the Chairman, Executive Council, Society of Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Dietician in Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal. 1. Short title and commencement.- (i) These rules may be called the Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal, Dietician (Group 'B' post) Recruitment Rules, 2023. (ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification, level in pay matrix- The number of the said post, its classification and level in pay matrix, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age Limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification.- No Person,- (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person; shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax. - where the central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Possess the following educational qualification and experience Essential: 1. M.Sc. in Food & Nutrition/Home Science/ M.Sc. Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics/ M.Sc. Food Service Management & Dietetics from a recognized University 2. 3 years of practical experience as Dietician in a minimum 300- bedded hospital. Note: Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed five years. The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation (ISTC) shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
