U-12012/57/2022-NE-part (3) दिनांक 06-10-2023, से प्राप्त अनुमोिन के अनुसार क्षेत्रीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्ट्थान, इंफाल सोसाइटी की कायि पररषि के अध्यक्ष एतिद्वारा क्षत्रे ीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्ट्थान, इंफाल के जनजमत, सीएसएसडी पयिवेक्षक की जनयुजि संबंजधत अधोजलजखत जनयमों-प्रजवजधयों को जनर्मित करत े ि।ैं 1. सजं क्षप्त िीषकि और आरंभ – (i) इन जनयमों को सीएसएसडी पयिवेक्षक (समूि ‘बी’ पि) क्षेत्रीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्ट्थान, इंफाल जनयुजि जनयम 2023 किा िाएगा। (ii) ये जनयम आजधकाररक गिट में प्रकािन के उपरांत लागू माने िाएंगे। 2. पिों की सख्ं या, वगीकरण, प े मरै रक्स म ेंवते न स्ट्तर प्रजवजध अथवा जनयजु ि इत्यादि - उपयुिि पिों के संिभि में वगीकरण, पे- मैररक्स में वेतन स्ट्तर, जनयुजि की प्रजवजध तथा इससे संबंजधत अन्य संलग्न अनुसूजचत (2) से (4) कॉलम में वर्णित के अनुसार िोंगे। 3. जनयजु ि प्रजवजध, आय ु सीमा, योग्यता आदि- उपयुिि पि से संबंजधत जनयुजि प्रजवजध, आय ु सीमा, योग्यता तथा अन्य मामले कॉलम (5) से (13) में जनर्िष्टि के अनसु ार िोंगे। 8222 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] 4. अनिति ा : कोई भी व्यजि – (क) जिसने एक िीजवत पजत/ पत्नी के रित ेहुए भी िसू रा जववाि दकया िो अथवा (ख) जिसने एक िीजवत पजत/पत्नी के रिते हुए भी िसू रा जववाि दकया िो, वि उपयुिि पि पर जनयुजि के जलए योग्य निीं िोगा। बिते की केंद्रीय सरकार, इस बात से आश्वस्ट्त िो दक उपयिुि जववाि उस व्यजि तथा िसू री पाटी पर लागू िोन े वाले वैयजिक जनयम के अनुसार अनुमन्य िो तथा ऐसा करन े के पीछे अन्य िसू रे भी आधार िो जिसके आधार पर उस व्यजि को उपयुिि जनयम से मिु दकया िा सके। 5. छूट की िजि : ििााँ केंद्रीय सरकार, इस राय म ें िो दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक अथवा त्वररत ि ैवे जलजखत रूप में कारणों को ििि करते हुए उपयुिि जनयम में जनजित दकन्िीं प्राजवधानों को दकसी वगि अथवा कोरट या पि के संिभि में जिजथल कर सकते ि।ैं 6. सरं क्षात्मक उपबधं : इन जनयमों के अंतगति ऐसा कुछ भी निी िोगा जिससे अनुसूजचत िाजत, अनुसूजचत िनिाजत तथा भूतपूवि सेवारत तथा जवजिष्ट कोरट के व्यजियों को केंद्र सरकार द्वारा समय समय पर िारी दकए गए आििे ों के अनुसार आरक्षण, आय ुसीमा में छूट तथा अन्य छूट प्रिान दकए गए िोंग।े अनसु चू ी 1 पि का नाम सीएसएसडी अजधकारी 2 पिों की संख्या 1* (2023) * कायिभार के आधार पर पररवतिन दकया िा सकता ि।ै 3 वगीकरण समूि 'बी’ 4 वेतनमान पे-मैररक्स स्ट्तर- 07 5 चयन पि अथवा गैर चयन पि प्रोन्नजत के मामले में चयन सीधी जनयुजि के मामले में लागू निीं 6 सीधी भती के जलए आयु सीमा तीस वष िसे अजधक निीं (केंद्र सरकार से प्राप्त जनििे ों अथवा आििे ों के अनुसार सरकारी सेवकों के जलए 5 वषि के जलए जिजथलनीय) 7 सीधी जनयुजि के जलए आवश्यक िैजक्षक योग्यता तथा अन्य अजनवायि : योग्यताएं 1. एम.एससी सूक्ष्मिीवजवज्ञान या भेषि गुण जवज्ञान या जचदकत्सा प्रोद्योजगकी (सूक्ष्मिीवजवज्ञान) 2. दकसी भेषि संगठन या जचदकत्सालय में िल्यजचदकत्सा कक्ष / अनुसंधान संगठन या केंद्र नसबंिी (सीएसएसडी) में 5 वषों के कायि करने का अनुभव 8 क्या सीधी भती के जलए जनधािररत आयु और िैजक्षक योग्यता निीं प्रोन्नजत के मामले में लागू िोगी 9 पररवीक्षा की अवजध, यदि कोई िो सीधी जनयुजि के जलए िो वषि 10 जनयुजि की जवजध, सीधी भती द्वारा या प्रोन्नजत/ प्रजतजनयुजि प्रोन्नजत द्वारा न िोने पर प्रजतजनयुजि द्वारा (अल्पावजध संजविा सजित (आईएसटीसी)) सीधी जनयुजि द्वारा िोनों न में स्ट्थानांतरण द्वारा तथा जवजभन्न प्रजवजधयों द्वारा भरी िाने िोने पर वाली ररजियों की प्रजतितता। 11 प्रोन्नजत/ स्ट्थानांतरण/ प्रजतजनयुजि ग्रेड के मामले में दकससे प्रोन्नजत : सीएसएसडी पयिवेक्षक ग्रेड में पे-मैररक्स स्ट्तर- 6 प्रोन्नजत स्ट्थानातं रण माना िाए में पााँच वषों की जनयजमत सेवा। प्रजतजनयजु ि : केंद्र सरकार के अजधकाररयों / राज्य सरकार / संघ िाजसत क्षेत्र / स्ट्वायत्त संगठन / सांजवजधक जनकाय / सावििजनक क्षेत्र के उद्यम / जवश्वजवद्यालय / मान्यता प्राप्त िोध संस्ट्थान[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 क. 1. जनयजमत रूप से मातृ केडर / जवभाग में समतुल्य पि धाररत करने वाले या 2. मातृ केडर / जवभाग में सीएसएसडी पयिवेक्षक के साथ पााँच वषों की पे-मैररक्स स्ट्तर 06 में जनयजमत सेवा नोट : केंद्र सरकार के समान या दकसी अन्य संगठन / जवभाग में इस जनयुजि से ठीक पिले धाररत दकसी अन्य पूवि कैडर पि पर प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजध सजित प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजध सामान्य तौर पर पााँच वषि से अजधक निीं िोगी। आवेिन पत्र प्राप्त िोने की अंजतम जतजथ तक प्रजतजनयजु ि पर जनयुि (आईएसटीसी) की आयु छप्पन वषि िोगी। 12 यदि जवभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत/ चयन सजमजत गरठत ि ैतो प्रजतजनयजु ि (आईएसटीसी) / सीधी जनयजु ि : उसका संगठन | 1. जनििे क,ररम्स, इंफाल - No. B/RR/2024-RIMS(3)—In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 3(ii) of the Bye-Laws of the Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal, Manipur and in pursuance of the approval of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare conveyed vide letter No. U-12015/57/2022-NE-Part (3) dated 06-10-2023, the Chairman, Executive Council, Society of Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of CSSD Officer in Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal.4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] 1. Short title and commencement.- (i) These rules may be called the Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal, CSSD Officer (Group 'B' post) Recruitment Rules, 2023. (ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification, level in pay matrix- The number of the said post, its classification and level in pay matrix, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age Limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification.- No Person,- (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person; shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax. - where the central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex- servicemen or any other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
