conferred under Section 17 of the Commissions for Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005 (4 of 2006), the Lieutenant
Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint Shri Ramesh Negi, IAS (Retired), R/o 660,
Kamaljeet Sandhu Block, Asiad Village Society, New Delhi – 110049 as Chairperson of the Delhi Commission for
Protection of Child Rights in accordance with section 18 of the aforesaid Act. The Chairperson shall hold office for a
term of three years from the date of notification.
