िविनयम, 2017 कहा जा सकेगा । 2. वे राजप(cid:7074) म(cid:7286) उनके (cid:7079)काशन की तारीख को (cid:7079)वृ(cid:7275) ह(cid:7298)गे । 3. ये िविनयम, इन िविनयम(cid:7298) के (cid:7079)वृ(cid:7275) (लागू) REGULATIONS, 2017 No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2017-18/014.— In exercise of the powers conferred under section 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Board hereby makes the following Regulations to further amend the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, namely:— 1. These regulations may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2017. 2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 3. These regulations shall be applicable to red herring prospectuses registered with the Registrar of Companies, on or after the date of coming into force of these regulations. 4. In the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, in regulation 37, in the proviso, in clause (b), after the word and symbol “category I” and before the words “or a”, the words and symbols “or category II” shall be inserted.
