NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 8th October, 2015
No. F. 25(CEO/DWB/09/4602.—In exercise of the powers conferred under section 99(1) of the
Waqf Act, 1995 (43 of 1995), the Government of NCT of Delhi hereby supercedes the Delhi Waqf Board
with immediate effect for a period of six months. It is further notified that in accordance with Section 99
(2)(b) of the Waqf Act, 1995, all the powers and duties of the Delhi Waqf Board under the provisions of this
Act shall be exercised and performed by the Secretary (Revenue), Government of NCT of Delhi, from the
date of this notification.
